ERP & CRM

Customers, sales, accounting & HR in one open-data system, with an AI assistant that works on the same data.

For small businesses that still run on paper & spreadsheets.

How it works

An ERP & CRM built on Twenty1, the open-source CRM, which we extend with accounting, tax, purchasing, sales, payments, inventory & HR.

Each customer gets its own installation, & all data stays in open formats in one place. An AI assistant works on the same data as your team: it can keep records in order, prepare analyses & draft documents.

The ledger keeps amounts as exact decimals in the minor units of ISO 42172, never as floating-point numbers. Both the application & the database enforce the rules of bookkeeping: a posted entry never changes, a correction is a reversal entry, & entry numbers have no gaps.

The AI assistant reads the books through read-only database roles & cannot post to them. Every approval & every closed period is committed to a versioned archive, so each figure can be traced to who approved it & when.

Entries numbered without gaps, posted under lock, read but never written by the assistant.

Where it stands

The specification has about 120 requirements in 17 modules, written to ISO/IEC/IEEE 291483. About a quarter of them are built: the ledger & its rules, the installation per customer, the versioned archive & the assistant’s read-only access.

Reports, tax returns & bank reconciliation are not built yet. Our own company is its first user.
